Rules to be followed on the Campground

It is our mission at Glowood Campground to provide a CLEAN, SAFE and QUIET place for you to stay.

Please review and follow the rules below to help keep our community enjoyable for everyone.

General Policies

Glowood Campground is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to residents, guests, or personal property.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to carry proper insurance on all vehicles, RVs, and personal property.

Rules effective October 2025.

ALL PETS MUST BE ON A HANDHELD LEASH WITH THEIR OWNER WHILE OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES. We do not allow dog ropes, lead lines, chains, ect. tied to trees or other objects for the pet to be on.
Please pick up after your pet each and every time no matter where you are at on the property. Again, EACH AND EVERY TIME!!
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee will be assessed if paid after the 1st. If your account is NOT paid in full, including the late charge, by the 3rd then the monthly rate is no longer available to you. We accept Cash App, Venmo, Paypal or Chime. We accept credit cards/debit cards as well at a fee of 3.99%. You can also put your payment in the RENT SLOT up front.
No parking in the grass areas during the winter months or when wet.
Fences of any kind are NOT allowed unless approved by Glowood first.
All lots are to be clean and tidy at all times. MAKE SURE YOUR LOT IS COMPLETELY CLEANED UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK EACH DAY.
We are not responsible for items that are left outside and get damaged by our mowing crew. We mow once a week.
Hot tubs and swimming pools are NOT allowed.
All exterior decks and storage barns MUST be approved by Glowood first.
NO carports are allowed.
Quiet Time is 11PM-7AM. Please be respectful to your neighbors!
Registered campers are the only people allowed to stay at the campground. Any guest staying longer than 2 days must get approval from Glowood first.
NO loud music allowed while driving in and out of the campground.
Motorcycles are welcome but please keep them off the grass.
Park only on your lot.
Two vehicles are allowed per site unless Glowood has approved you for more.
Please do not remove any items from other campsites (even if you think the guest has left).
Please be respectful of the bath house and clean up after yourself if you leave a mess. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing allowed to be flushed down the toilet.
SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH. Please have your guests comply also!
NO Refunds.
SPACE HEATERS OF ANY KIND OR SIZE ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
