Glowood Campground is committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests.

Please review and follow the rules below to help keep our community enjoyable for everyone.

General Policies

Glowood Campground is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to residents, guests, or personal property.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to carry proper insurance on all vehicles, RVs, and personal property.

Rules effective October 2025.

Park Rules Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park. If dust is trailing behind your vehicle, you’re going too fast. Please ensure guests follow this rule as well.

Rent: Due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 3rd will incur a $50 late fee.

Parking: Only park in designated areas or at your site. No parking on grass during wet or snowy conditions.

Site Appearance: Keep your lot clean and tidy. Please leave enough space for mowing and maintenance.

Prohibited Items: No hot tubs, swimming pools, or utility trailers on sites.

Occupancy: Only registered tenants may live at your site. Overnight or long-term guests must be approved by management. Background information may be requested.

Noise: Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM. Please avoid loud music or excessive vehicle noise.

Motorcycles: Welcome, but must remain on paved or gravel areas — not grass.

Vehicles: Limit of two vehicles per site.

Respect Others: Do not remove or borrow items from other campsites without permission.

Bathhouse Courtesy: Keep restrooms and laundry areas clean. Flush only toilet paper — no wipes or foreign items.

Cigarette Waste: Dispose of cigarette butts properly — do not throw them on the ground.

Pets: All pets (including cats) must be on a leash and under owner control at all times. No tethering pets to chains or ropes.

Please pick up after your pets in all areas.

Amenities & Services

Bathhouse: Equipped with showers and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Wash: $1.25 | Dry: $1.00

Tank Service: $25 per month (Standard service = 1 dump per week (Thursdays)). Additional dumps are $25 each.

If weather prevents scheduled service, tanks will be emptied as soon as possible.

Glowood is not responsible for frozen or improperly maintained lines.

Dumpster: Located near the bathhouse for resident use only.

Additional Notes: No refunds will be issued after payment is made.
