Glowood Campground – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Glowood Campground. By entering, reserving, or staying at Glowood, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.

1. General Acknowledgment: By staying at Glowood Campground, guests acknowledge that camping involves certain inherent risks. Glowood Campground and its owners, management, and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles, campers, and personal belongings.

   
   

2. Reservations & Payments: All reservations must be secured with a valid payment method. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without notice. Refunds or cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see below).

   
   

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival may receive a refund minus a small processing fee.

   Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

   
   

4. Check-In / Check-Out

   Check-in: 2:00 PM

   Check-out: 11:00 AM

   Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

   
   

5. Speed Limit & Vehicle Rules: The campground speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced for everyone’s safety. Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles within the park. Please park in designated areas only.

   
   

6. Quiet Hours

   Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

   Please be respectful of other campers and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

   
   

7. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Aggressive animals or excessive barking will not be tolerated.

   
   

8. Campfires: Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only. Never leave fires unattended and fully extinguish them before leaving your site. Fire bans, if issued by local authorities, must be observed immediately.

   
   

9. Alcohol & Conduct: Alcohol is permitted at campsites in moderation. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or disrespect toward other guests or staff will result in removal from the property without refund. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

   
   

10. Waste & Cleanliness: Please dispose of all trash in designated bins. Keep campsites clean and free of litter. Dumping of gray or black water outside of approved areas is prohibited.

    
    

11. Facilities & Equipment: Use of campground amenities (playgrounds, restrooms, trails, etc.) is at your own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Any damage to campground property will be charged to the responsible guest.

    
    

12. Visitors: All visitors must register at the office and leave by 10:00 PM. The number of guests per site must not exceed the posted limits.

    
    

13. Liability Waiver: By entering the campground, guests agree to hold Glowood Campground, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the property or participation in any campground activity.

    
    

14. Policy Changes: Glowood Campground reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
